The Primary Helpdesk

The Primary Help Desk is based at Alfreton depot. Reporting to Carol, the team of Samantha Dodman and Laura Greaves log all calls and personally track all queries through to a conclusion. Sam and Laura are assisted by Lynda Durose who is the Commercial Administrator at Eccleshall.
