Nichola Smith

Nichola Smith has responsibility for the Northern Region, and is based in Harthill. Nichola has worked for The Co-operative Group for over 13 years and has extensive experience in transport throughout various depots. Nichola is a CPC Holder and has been involved with Primary Distribution from the beginning.

Helen Bell

Helen has been with the Co-op since 1999 and her experience majors within ambient products having spent the last 10 years working in Supply Chain managing Beverages through the network. Helen will be based within the Manchester Head Office with an objective of developing the ambient backhaul portfolio.

Helen Bell is now on maternity leave.

Wayne Talbot

Wayne originally started working for The Coop in September 1986 when he joined the North Eastern Coop Society as Chilled food buyer, later moving to grocery, then he joined the former ACC in March 1994 as CRTG accounts manager, acting as a go between the buyers and depot management.  Then in February 2002 he moved over to Primary business development.

Caroline Nash

Caroline Nash looks after the Western region, and is based in Halesowen. Caroline has worked for The Co-operative Group for 14 years in a variety of roles prior to Primary Services.
