The use of double decker trailers has made a significant impact on the CRL trunking network, with 71 currently in operation. These are all moving deck trailers built by Gray & Adams, providing flexibility of loading, productivity gains, and keep our workforce at a safe working height. In total, £5.5m has been invested in double deckers to improve our network capability, reducing miles travelled and helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
